You want proof your work habits are improving: more deep work, fewer context switches, steadier energy. โ 14 productivity methods included Each method has a one-paragraph guide and its own live view in the Productivity Hub. Getting started After purchase, open the template link and click Duplicate to copy it into your Notion workspace. Explore the Dashboard and Productivity Hub with the example data to see how everything connects. Delete the example rows from each database when you're ready (select all rows, then Delete). Add your clients with their hourly rates, then create a project for each piece of work. Adjust the energy map in the Productivity Hub to match the hours when you're sharpest. Every day Capture new to-dos in Tasks with status Inbox. Tick Urgent and Important to sort them into the Eisenhower matrix. Pick one frog and up to three Top 3 tasks, and time-block them into your high-energy hours. Log your hours in Time Entries, linked to the task and project. Spend five minutes on a journal entry at the end of the day. Your Insights charts update from it. When you bill Open Ready to Invoice on the Dashboard to see unbilled hours and their dollar value. Create an invoice linked to the client, and mark those time entries as Invoiced. When the client pays, set the invoice to Paid and add the payment date. Totals and charts update everywhere. Every week Create a Weekly Review journal entry and work through the checklist with your charts open: check revenue and unbilled work, spot your 80/20 clients and tasks, review your deep-work and context-switch trends, clear bottlenecks, and plan next week's priorities. ๐ง Requirements Pro needs a paid Notion plan, because Notion only shows charts in full on paid plans. Pro (Notion Plus, Business or Enterprise): Everything in Starter, plus 12 live charts: 8 on the Dashboard and 4 Productivity Insights Starter (Notion Free): Every database, formula, board, table, calendar and the full Productivity Hub, with a table-based Dashboard and no charts On the Free plan, Notion would show only one of Pro's charts, so choose Starter instead. Works in Notion on web, desktop and mobile. No add-ons, integrations or code required. โ FAQ Which edition should I buy? Check your plan in Notion under Settings, then Plans. On Plus, Business or Enterprise, choose Pro for the charts. On the Free plan, choose Starter. What's the difference between Starter and Pro? The databases, formulas, Productivity Hub and example data are the same. Pro adds 12 live charts; Starter shows the same numbers in tables. Will the charts look empty at first? They start with the example data and fill out as you add your own. Charts over time, like revenue by month and energy over time, get more useful after a few weeks of entries. Does it create or send invoices for me? No. It tracks your invoices: amounts, status, due dates and payments. Send them with your usual invoicing or payment tool, then record them here. Can I use my own currency? Yes. Amounts show in US dollars by default. Change the number format of the Amount and Hourly Rate columns to any currency Notion supports. Can I change the categories and statuses? Yes. Rename or add task contexts, energy levels, statuses and project stages. If you rename a status used in a formula or chart filter, such as Paid or Done, update it to match. What happens to the example data? It's there to show you how everything works. Delete it whenever you're ready; the formulas, views and charts keep working with your own data. Is this a one-time purchase? Yes. Pay once and the template is yours to duplicate and customize forever.
